If you find damage after checkout, what happens next depends on paperwork you gathered before anything went wrong. This library is educational only: it does not tell you whether any specific situation qualifies as damage, and it does not predict any claim outcome.
StayTurn is an independent tool, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Airbnb or Vrbo.
None of this library, and none of these tools, files a claim for you. These education pages do not submit claims, alter original files, create evidence or promise an outside outcome. Product provider actions have separate connection and confirmation requirements. What StayTurn does is keep the before photos, receipts, and turnover notes you already collect together, stay by stay, in one dated record you own. Local records need no account. Sign in to use a connected workspace, where saved records synchronize with server-managed encryption.
If you want that organization handled for you rather than assembled article by article, see StayTurn Solo, a $19.99 one-time Solo kit.
Inside StayTurn
Alongside the cleaner schedule, the web app brings six areas of hosting work into the stay record.
Bookings: preview imported reservations and resolve changes before applying them. The source calendar stays unchanged.
Claims and disputes: organize the stay facts, documents and a supporting case package. A case record is not a submitted claim or an approved outcome.
Platform contact: prepare a contact request and track its recorded status. Sending depends on a supported, activated provider connection and an explicit host action.
Insurance: keep policy and case information beside the stay. Provider quotes, cover and claims depend on the connected service, its eligibility rules and its decision.
Marketplace: organize service requests and provider responses. Provider onboarding and payments require activated services; a saved request does not establish a booking or payment.
Guest assessment: record specific observations and their sources. The documented-stay-behavior score uses reviewed criteria, without predicting guest risk or making booking decisions.
The cleaner still responds through a shared link, with received files waiting for the host's review. Connected work needs an account, internet access and the relevant service. Backups preserve supported local records; provider receipts and shared-service state require their own verified recovery. Clearing storage or losing an export can still lose a local copy.
